Shopping Policy

Product Authenticity: All our products are sourced directly from farmers, artisans, and conscious producers. Every item reflects our commitment to sustainability, clean ingredients, and ethical sourcing.
Orders: Orders can be placed online or directly at our store. Kindly confirm product availability for fresh and limited-stock items. You can also reach us on WhatsApp for assistance.
Payment Options: We accept UPI, card payments, and cash at our physical store. Online orders are processed securely via Razorpay.
Delivery Timelines: Local deliveries are fulfilled on the day of placing the order itself, subject to your chosen delivery slot. Delays due to weather, logistics, or inventory will be communicated proactively.
Petrichor One Members: Members of Petrichor One enjoy exclusive pricing and priority fulfilment. Membership benefits are tied to the active subscription period.
Packaging: We use plastic packaging for practicality and product safety. We are actively exploring alternatives and recycling practices to reduce our plastic footprint.

Product Availability: Stocks are limited and subject to seasonal availability. Some products may change in appearance due to their natural and handmade nature.
Pricing: All prices are inclusive of taxes unless mentioned otherwise. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, transport, and seasonal fluctuations.
Usage & Suitability: We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully. For any health-related concerns, please consult a professional before use.
Intellectual Property: All branding, images, and content are owned by Petrichor and may not be reproduced without permission.

Cancellations & Refunds
We value fairness and flexibility. Here's our approach.
Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. After that, cancellation is subject to discretion based on packing and shipping status.
Refunds & Replacements: If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the issue. Based on the situation, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Fruits & Seasonal Produce: If fruits have genuine issues such as being harvested immature and spoiling early, we will offer a replacement or refund after review.
Non-Perishables: Since our dry groceries are naturally grown and minimally processed, there may occasionally be issues such as weevils developing during storage. If this occurs, the product can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a replacement or refund, provided the original bill is presented.
